Recently I illustrated/designed some Table Talkers for Kindercare Learning Centres. I'm really happy with how they came out! They're just a box of question cards that you keep on your coffee table to spark up conversations, good for those quiet/awkward times :)
I have been working on a project which I hope to launch very soon!
Well, with luck it will be before the Rugby World Cup 2011... We'll see.
If you like Wine, good Wine and at a good price, follow Wine Buddy NZ on Twitter.
The website will be up soon, then an iPhone/Android app etc etc, watch this space!
I just bought a Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch, but needed some kind of case/sleeve for transporting around. So my wife and I decided to make one from felt, this is just a prototype with a pocket for the USB cord so it won't scratch the tablet, and a slot for the pen to go in, which also acts as a 'bend restrictor' so the USB cable curves around it when the sleeve is closed. Otherwise the USB cable could bend/break with too much use.
Here's a few retail ads I done for La-Z-Boy Australasia. For me the objective was to create retail ads that actually had an idea in them, not just SALE SALE SALE. Sometimes an idea just wouldn't work, but the end result still sold couches!
Feel free to comment and let me know what you think.
I'm currently looking for any freelance opportunities, if you are looking for someone short term who has a whole lot of ideas just waiting to be used, feel free to contact me - mmackinven@gmail.com.

To wish all our clients a Happy Easter, we sent out some slightly melted easter eggs. The eggs were custom made for us by Devonport Chocolates (www.devonportchocolates.co.nz), and yes they were delicimo!
